What we collect in Sydney CBD
Office towers, hotels, serviced apartments and food premises sit stacked on the same footprint, often sharing one loading dock and one bin room between many tenants. That makes separation harder than it looks: a single contaminated organics bin can undo the work of every kitchen using it, so signage and a workable internal route matter as much as the collection itself.
Access and collection
Basement docks, height bars, tight ramps and short booking windows are the norm rather than the exception. This is the core case for our low-clearance vehicles, which work from 2.4 metres of clearance, and the reason we ask for the clearance height and dock booking rules before quoting a run.
Bin sizes
Bins come in two sizes, 660L and 1100L, for general waste, commingled recycling and food organics. Which one suits depends on the volume produced between collections and how much room the bin area has. For food organics the 660L is the usual choice, because food waste is heavy for its volume and a smaller bin stays easier to move.
